  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    If you order a bracelet without personalization, your order will usually ship the same day, depending on the time of order, but normally within 1-3 business days. For bracelets that require personalization (engraving, fingerprint, or ashes), we need 7-14 business days to carefully craft your unique piece. You will always receive confirmation when your bracelet is on its way.

  • Is permanent jewelry safe to wear?

    Yes, absolutely. Our Forever Locked bracelets are specifically designed for permanent wear. We use a delicate chain that won't cause injury, even if it breaks. The material is hypoallergenic and suitable for everyday wear. You can shower, exercise, sleep, and even have MRI scans with it. The jewelry is designed to feel comfortable and won't interfere with your daily activities.

  • Can I take off the bracelet myself if I no longer want to wear it?

    Yes, that's possible. If you no longer want to wear the bracelet or need to take it off, you can easily cut it with a good pair of scissors. Unfortunately, this will void the warranty, but if you'd like to have the bracelet repaired, you can of course contact us.

  • What is a permanent jewel?

    A Forever Locked bracelet is a permanent piece of jewelry. This means that once you've put the bracelet on and locked it, you can't open it yourself. After locking, the ends of the chain are connected in such a way that there's no visible clasp—just a beautiful, uninterrupted bracelet. The result is a piece of jewelry that fits perfectly on your wrist and always looks elegant, because there's no clasp to sag or twist.

  • How do I measure my wrist?

    With a measuring tape: Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist, just above the wrist bone. Make sure it fits snugly without pinching. Add 1 cm to the measured measurement. This is your bracelet size.

    If you don't have a measuring tape, but you do have a ruler: Use our special measuring instrument. Download the PDF, print it out, cut it out, and measure your wrist (see image below). Make sure you print it at actual size. You can check this by comparing the printout with a ruler.

    With a string: Wrap a piece of string around your wrist in the same way. Mark where the string overlaps. Place the string next to a ruler or measuring tape to determine your size.

    Tip: Measure a well-fitting bracelet and use that length as your size.
