  If you don't have a measuring tape, but you do have a ruler: Use our special measuring instrument. Download the PDF, print it out, cut it out, and measure your wrist (see image below). Make sure you print it at actual size. You can check this by comparing the printout with a ruler.

  

  With a string: Wrap a piece of string around your wrist in the same way. Mark where the string overlaps. Place the string next to a ruler or measuring tape to determine your size.

  Tip: Measure a well-fitting bracelet and use that length as your size.

• How do you make a fingerprint?

  You've chosen a unique piece of jewelry that you want to personalize with a fingerprint! A beautiful piece that will forever be close to your heart. But before you begin, let's make sure you get a perfect print. The clearer the print, the more beautiful the result will be on your jewelry. Follow our simple tips and you'll be ordering your meaningful piece in no time.

  Supplies:

  • White paper
  • Black pencil
  • Clear adhesive tape
  • Possibly scissors
  • Telephone

  Step 1: Make a good black area on the white paper with the pencil.

  

  Step 2: Rub your finger over the black area. Tip: Use your index finger or thumb for best results.

  

  Step 3: Check that your finger is black from the pencil.

  

  Step 4: Take a piece of tape and hold it gently to avoid fingerprints.

  

  Step 5: Press your fingertip onto the sticky side of the tape.

  

  Step 6: Stick the tape on the white paper.

  

  Step 7: Before taking a photo, check that the fingerprint lines are sharp. Then take a sharp photo of your fingerprint. Tips for taking the photo:

  • Provide good lighting. Daylight is best.
  • Hold your phone close, about 6 inches from the print, and focus by tapping the screen.
  • It is best not to zoom in, as this often makes the photos a bit blurry.
  • The difference between white and black/gray should be clearly visible
  • Please check that the photo is sharp before uploading it.

• How long does it take to receive my order?

  If you order a bracelet without personalization, your order will usually ship the same day, depending on the time of order, but normally within 1-3 business days. For bracelets that require personalization (engraving, fingerprint, or ashes), we need 7-14 business days to carefully craft your unique piece. You will always receive confirmation when your bracelet is on its way.
